Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day. In peak periods, please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.

We ship to almost every country in the world including the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and every country in Europe and Asia.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

3. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@kinetixgear.com. We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.
